Reasons for Real Estate Professionals to choose ALL SAFE POOLS

  • Your client whether being a landlord or vendor will have a clear picture of works required in advance. The Assessment process allows us to advise customers of options available to resolve compliance issues and associated costs without risk of fines and building notices.

  • Proficiency in all 5 required Australian Standards relating to pool barriers. This is critically important in Victoria as our program is more complicated than pool compliance programs in other states.

  • Proven network of trade professionals skilled at pool compliance work. Our specialist glass fence installers, carpenters, handymen and timber fence contractors have all received training in pool compliance requirements and have proven delivery records.

  • Guaranteed compliance certification. Vendors have peace of mind that upon acceptance of our quote, we guarantee the pool will be certified.

  • Fully trained, certified, and insured Pool Barrier Inspectors. Our comprehensive report not only explains any non-compliance elements but also offers a solution plan on how to ensure compliance is met.

  • No. It depends on the age of the pool and what other controls are in place. Direct access from buildings into the pool area was banned for all pools build after April 1, 2010. Our assessment will determine if a pool fence is required

  • Deadlines for pool certification depend on the date the pool was built. So while you may not need to have the pool certified before auction, purchasers are becoming increasingly aware of the requirement for certification and that they will need to bear costs involved if they buy a house with a non-certified pool. Landlords can have a piece of mind that their pool is compliant throughout the tenancy to ensure there is no legal liability from injury or death.

  • The Residential Tenancies Act 1997 distinguishes between urgent and non- urgent repairs for landlords and their representative property manager. The compliance status of the pool determines the urgency of repairs and/or building works required. Non-compliant pool repairs are considered urgent. Failure to ensure the pool is compliant can lead to serious injury or death.
